AUTHENTIK ARTISTRY TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This course is intended ONLY for certified lash lift professionals. If you are not already trained and experienced in lash lifting, do not enroll. This is not beginner training.
By purchasing from or engaging with Authentik Artistry in any capacity, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services, courses, downloads, and digital content made available through this site.
1. GENERAL TERMS
All content, training, products, and digital materials sold or distributed by Authentik Artistry are for individual use only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, copying, training, teaching, or use of this material to create your own course or training—whether free or paid—is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
All pricing is listed in CAD. By purchasing, you agree that you understand the currency and payment method used. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or conversion fees.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service, product, or pricing at any time without notice.
Content is provided in English. Any misinterpretation due to translation tools or language barriers is the responsibility of the user.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that all techniques, tools, and training offered are to be used at your own risk. Even after completing a course or training, you remain solely responsible for how you apply the techniques or use the products. Authentik Artistry is not liable for any misuse, damage, client reactions, or adverse results that occur as a result of your actions, negligence, or misinterpretation of training content.
By enrolling in any course or purchasing any item, you waive all rights to hold Authentik Artistry liable for results, business loss, client complaints, injury, or product misuse.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this training complies with the regulations, licensing, or cosmetic procedures permitted in your region or country. Authentik Artistry is not liable for any legal, professional, or licensing issues that arise from unauthorized practice or failure to comply with local law.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, downloads, guides, trademarks, brand language, shield names, and product strategies are the intellectual property of Authentik Artistry. You may not copy, alter, teach, repurpose, or reference these materials in your own training programs or content. Doing so is a direct violation of this agreement and will be pursued legally.
You are not authorized to translate, adapt, republish, or license any of our materials under your own name or business.
Authentik Artistry will pursue DMCA takedown requests and other international IP enforcement mechanisms against any individual or business infringing upon this material.
4. COURSE ACCESS + DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products and online course access are granted solely to the purchaser. Access may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Violation of this condition may result in immediate termination of access with no refund.
All digital products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to the nature of instant-access education.
5. THE K-LIFT CONVERSION METHOD This course is intended only for certified lash lift professionals and is not a beginner training. The K-Lift Conversion Method and all related training materials are proprietary. They are not to be duplicated, mimicked, summarized, or taught by anyone outside of Authentik Artistry. Completion of this training does not give you permission to teach or certify others.
This method was developed independently and is not based on or derived from any patented or proprietary lash lifting system. Any similarities to other methods are coincidental and based on fundamental principles of lash lifting using cysteamine-based softening systems.
You agree not to use the information gained in this course to create a competing training, mentorship, or resource.
6. GOVERNING LAW + JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By purchasing, you agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Authentik Artistry reserves the right to revoke access to any course, training, or product without refund if you violate any portion of these terms, including unauthorized distribution, resale, teaching, or misuse of content.
8. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
Authentik Artistry does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, income, or business growth from any training, product, or digital offering. Success depends entirely on your skill, effort, client base, and application. No verbal or written statements made by Authentik Artistry shall be interpreted as a promise or guarantee.
9. TESTIMONIALS + FEEDBACK USAGE
By submitting feedback, testimonials, or reviews via message, email, or comment, you grant Authentik Artistry the right to use that content in future marketing, training, or promotional materials. Authentik Artistry will not publish full names without permission, but reserves the right to quote or paraphrase any submitted feedback.
