AUTHENTIK ARTISTRY TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read carefully. Advanced courses are intended only for already trained lash lift professionals. If you are not formally trained and experienced in lash lifting, do not enroll in advanced education, including The K-Lift Conversion Method™.
By purchasing from, accessing, or engaging with Authentik Artistry in any capacity, you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services, trainings, courses, digital products, downloads, and content made available by Authentik Artistry.
1. General Terms
All content, education, products, and digital materials provided by Authentik Artistry are for individual use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, republish, resell, teach, sublicense, or otherwise use any portion of this material for commercial or training purposes without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of Authentik Artistry materials, including using them to create your own course, training, guide, mentorship, or educational content, whether free or paid, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for understanding the currency used at checkout, along with any applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, or currency conversion charges.
Authentik Artistry reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, content, or pricing at any time without notice.
All content is provided in English. You are responsible for any misunderstanding resulting from language barriers, translation tools, or third-party software.
2. Refund Policy and Final Sale Terms
All digital products, downloadable materials, online trainings, mini courses, guides, and online course purchases are final sale.
Because digital education and downloadable content are delivered instantly or made accessible immediately upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
By purchasing any digital offering from Authentik Artistry, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to request a refund for change of mind, lack of use, misunderstanding of the offer, failure to read the description, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
If Authentik Artistry offers any in-person training, physical product, or kit, separate refund, rescheduling, cancellation, or exchange terms may apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.
Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute filed after receiving access to digital materials may be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, collection efforts, and further legal action where permitted.
3. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that all techniques, tools, products, and educational materials provided by Authentik Artistry are used at your own risk.
Even after completing any course or training, you remain solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, and perform any technique, and for how you use any product, tool, or information provided. Authentik Artistry is not liable for misuse, poor results, client dissatisfaction, allergic reaction, injury, product damage, loss of income, business interruption, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the training or materials.
By purchasing or participating in any Authentik Artistry offering, you agree that Authentik Artistry shall not be held liable for any loss, claim, injury, damage, expense, or consequence arising out of your actions, omissions, negligence, or failure to apply the material appropriately.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any training, product, or method complies with the laws, regulations, licensing rules, and permitted cosmetic practices in your province, state, country, or jurisdiction. Authentik Artistry is not responsible for any legal, licensing, insurance, or regulatory issues resulting from your failure to verify compliance.
4. Intellectual Property
All content created, sold, distributed, or displayed by Authentik Artistry, including but not limited to course materials, downloads, digital guides, videos, written content, curriculum structure, shield names, product concepts, trademarks, brand language, methods, strategies, and training frameworks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Authentik Artistry unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, adapt, republish, translate, summarize, teach, license, reverse engineer, distribute, or use Authentik Artistry materials to create derivative content, competing education, or your own training resources.
You are not authorized to present any Authentik Artistry material as your own, whether in full or in part, under your own brand, business, or personal name.
Authentik Artistry reserves the right to pursue DMCA takedowns, cease and desist demands, platform reports, and other legal or equitable remedies available under Canadian and international intellectual property law.
5. Course Access and Digital Use
Access to digital products and online courses is granted only to the original purchaser. Access may not be shared, transferred, reproduced, resold, or made available to any other person.
If Authentik Artistry reasonably suspects that course access or digital materials have been shared, copied, redistributed, or misused in any way, access may be revoked immediately without refund.
Purchase of any Authentik Artistry course or digital product grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
6. The K-Lift Conversion Method™
The K-Lift Conversion Method™ is advanced education intended only for artists who have already completed prior formal lash lift training. It is not beginner education.
By enrolling, you confirm that you have previous lash lift training and sufficient foundational knowledge to understand and apply advanced concepts safely. Authentik Artistry is not responsible for any harm, misuse, or poor outcomes resulting from a lack of prior education, skill, or professional judgment.
The K-Lift Conversion Method™ and all related materials are proprietary and confidential. Enrollment does not grant permission to teach, certify, summarize, duplicate, repurpose, or recreate this training in any format.
You agree not to use the information, structure, methods, or materials gained through this course to develop or offer a competing training, mentorship, guide, certification, workshop, or educational resource.
The K-Lift Conversion Method™ was developed independently by Authentik Artistry. It is not represented as being licensed from, affiliated with, or derived from any patented third-party lash lifting system. Any overlap with general lash lifting principles or cysteamine-based product behavior reflects industry fundamentals rather than copied proprietary instruction.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
By purchasing from Authentik Artistry, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from these Terms or from your use of Authentik Artistry products or services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
8. Termination of Access
Authentik Artistry reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any course, digital product, training, or service at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct that Authentik Artistry reasonably believes is harmful to its business, content, intellectual property, reputation, or users.
Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, teaching, chargebacks, abusive conduct, or misuse of materials.
9. Disclaimer of Results
Authentik Artistry does not guarantee any specific result, certification outcome, client outcome, business growth, income level, or commercial success from the use of its courses, methods, services, or products.
Results depend on many factors outside Authentik Artistry’s control, including your existing skill level, consistency, client base, effort, judgment, environment, and application of the material.
No statement made by Authentik Artistry, whether written, verbal, promotional, educational, or otherwise, shall be interpreted as a guarantee of results.
10. Testimonials and Feedback Usage
By submitting a testimonial, review, comment, message, email, photo, or any other feedback to Authentik Artistry, you grant Authentik Artistry the right to use, reproduce, edit, quote, paraphrase, publish, and share that content for marketing, educational, promotional, or business purposes.
Authentik Artistry will not publish your full legal name without permission, but may use your first name, business name, initials, social handle, profession, city, or a paraphrased version of your feedback unless you request otherwise in writing.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Authentik Artistry service, product, course, or content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
